Looking for Burma Spore Syringes? You've come to the right place! This variety was first collected in the Southeast Asian country now known as Myanmar (formerly known as Burma). It was found growing on buffalo dung outside the city of Yangon (formally Rangoon) in an unplanted rice patty traded by a Thai student taking mushroom samples. Very forgiving samples to study, making them very popular in the community.

Features:

dark purple blackish, sub ellipsoid on 4-spored basidia. Spore prints are purple and average to dark purple, with smaller to medium caps usually 25-50mm in diameter.
